Title: Extract of an act of the General-Assembly of the colony of New-York. Published the 22nd of March, 1760. Entitled, an act for levying, paying and cloathing, two thousand six hundred and eighty effective men, officers included, for forming an army of twenty thousand men, with the forces of the neighbouring colonies, to reduce, in conjunction with His Majesty's regular troops, Montreal, and other posts belonging to the French in Canada; for emitting bills of credit for the sum of sixty thousand pounds, and for sinking and cancelling the said bills in short periods.
