London: Printed for Jo. Hancock (brother to the late deceased Eliz. Moore) to be sold at the first shop in Popes-head Alley, next to Cornhill. And for Tho. Parkhurst at the three Crowns over against the Great Conduit at the lower end of Cheapside, 1657.
